COMPANY PROFILE

Founded in 1988, NLY Sdn Bhd began their operations in a small rented factory in Sungai Buloh industrial area, Selangor, Malaysia. Today, we have flexed our operations into group of companies and expanded our plants and facilities in a span of approximately 16 acres of land in the vicinity of Jalan TUDM, Kampung Baru Subang, Shah Alam, Selangor.

We are one of the most successful polyurethane foam producers in Malaysia and the first to introduce automation in PU flexible foam manufacturing process in the country.

Our polyurethane foam production systems are based on the continual foaming process in long block which makes it possible to produce in excellent quality and large quantity.

We specialize in manufacturing PU flexible slab stock foam, PU flexible molded foam and laminated foam with various foam properties depending on client’s specifications. Our products cater to bedding, furniture, automotive, packaging, electronic and audio, garments and other related businesses.

  • Has successfully completed independent product evaluation and analysis procedures and has achieved CertiPUR-US® certification for our Conventional Polyether Foam and Viscoelastic (Memory) foam.

2020

  • Through this period, NLY SDN BHD and its group of companies have flexed our operations and expanded our plants and facilities in a span of approximately 16 acres of land. in the vicinity of Jalan TUDM, Kampung Baru Subang, Shah Alam, Selangor

2001 – 2019

  • NLY acquired Agman Sdn Bhd

2007

  • NLY and MISB are both winners for Enterprise 50 by SMIDEC.
  • NLY acquired Lot 199 and 200 in Kampung Baru, Subang, Selangor.

2006

  • NLY received another ISO9001:2000 from Akreditasi Malaysia.
  • NLY and MPSB was awarded the Certificate of Achievement SMI Recognition Award Series 2003 by the SMI Association of Malaysia for SMI-BSA International Best Overall Award and SMI-Sin Chew Daily Emerging SMI Award respectively.

2003

  • NLY received the Ozone Layer Protection Pledge Certification from UNEP.

2002

  • NLY obtained its ISO9001:2000 certification from UKAS.

2001

  • NLY acquired a new lot in Kampung Baru Subang, Selangor to expand its manufacturing facility.

1998

  • NLY invested in the Continuous Foaming machine to enable our Group to manufacture high quality foam and to increase supply capacity.

1996

  • NLY move to new manufacturing facility in Kampung Baru Subang, Selangor.
