PU Foam
Generally known as Polyurethane Foam, PU Foams are synthetic, light in texture and open cell without any cross-linkage. It is formed when both polyols and diisocyanates reacts. The manufacturing process also includes polymerisation (chemical polyaddition) and NLY has successfully developed high quality PU Foam which ideally suits materials in pressure reducing products.
High-Density Foam
Known for its strong cell structure, the material for high-density foam is more durable and has better longevity, which is why it generally makes up the bottom layer of mattresses as it is a very firm foam. It also provides exceptional levels of support and has a quicker spring-back motion to form into original dimensions.
High-Resilience Foam
The cell structure of high-resilience foam allows extreme elasticity and optimal supporting force which in return contours to the body exceptionally well. Moreover, with its unique comfort properties and advanced flexibility, High-Resilience foam is all-round supportive, comfortable and long-lasting.
Rebonded Foam
What sets re-bonded foam apart from others is due to its manufacturing process as it combines shredded polyurethane foam’s pieces with a liquid substrate that binds the foam together. This method is also an effective approach to re-use or recycle production and consumer waste.
Memory Foam
Often referred to as ‘viscoelastic’ polyurethane foam, or low-resilience polyurethane foam (LRPu), memory foam consists mainly of polyurethane that increases its viscosity and density. NLY has produced a sustainable and high-quality bio-based mattress by using palm oil as one of our main raw materials. This will reduce the dependence and consumption of non-renewable petroleum. NLY’s extreme spine support memory foam will not only automatically adjust to your body contour but is temperature sensitive and relieves pressure points.
Cool Gel Memory Foam
With a cool gel memory foam, you will create a 25% cooler sleeping surface and experience. This cooling foam has millions of gel beads inside it to keep the mattress cooler for longer time period. The benefits still maintain in the cool gel memory foam which includes reducing pressure points of the human body.
